Dan is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University, where he served as president of Pi Sigma Alpha honor society and a chairman of the Norse Leadership Society. His experience in the hospitality industry includes managing restaurants and banquet facilities throughout Greater Cincinnati, including the Ohio riverfront. Dan has been with HCC since 1997 and is a member and former Secretary of the Cincinnati chapter of the Club Managers Association of America.
Mike was the assistant to Jay Lumkin from 2015 to 2016. He then moved to Hyde Park Country Club as assistant in 2017 and 2018. In 2019 Michael returned to Highland Country Club as the Golf Professional. He is only the fifth person to serve in that capacity in HCC history.
Belinda holds an associates degree from Cincinnati (State) Technical College and a bachelors degree from Wilmington College. Belinda is the longest tenured employee at HCC. She and Jay have two children, Danielle and Jayson.
Chris is from Mason Ohio. He has experience from Kenwood, Belwood and Pebble Creek country clubs. He started as the Sous Chef at Highland in 2014, before taking the lead in the culinary department in 2015.
Jeff was the former Assistant Grounds Superintendent here at Highland and at Ivy Hills Country Club. He is a graduate of Cincinnati State College. Jeff and his staff oversee our 125 acres of rolling countryside.
